Delivery all over Australia
Delivery of Yaemejin (YMJ) products ordered online, by phone or in person is provided by Australia Post eParcel service. Delivery is delivered twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, and we promise to deliver within 5 business days. Once your order has passed our internal ordering process, you can track your shipment through the Australia Post site using the tracking ID provided.
Please note that there is a standard shipping fee of $15 within the Sydney metropolitan area, additional charges may apply to outside NSW or other locations. (Individual notice later)
Shipping instructions provided during the ordering process are included on the Australia Post eParcel label. If an " Authority to Leave " has been granted, Australia Post reserves the right to take the parcel to the local post office if it determines that it is unsafe to leave the item.

Refunds and returns due to customer's simple change of mind are not possible, and only those who agree to this should place an order. If it is determined that there is a defect or problem in the product, be sure to contact our customer center (info.yaemejin@gmail.com) and follow the counselor's instructions to request a return.
Your purchase is packed in secure packaging and there is little to no damage. If the item is damaged in transit, the Australian Post Office will return it immediately. Australia Post will notify us in case of damage (usually within 10-14 business days), at which point our team member will contact you and provide you with details about reshipping your item.
If the product is delivered in a damaged state, be sure to take a photo and immediately on the same day (within 3 days from the delivery date) Please feel free to contact us.
Only when it is determined that there is a problem through our internal meeting, the purchase price We promise to promptly provide a full refund or exchange for a new product.

National Shipping
Yaemejin (YMJ) best selling doen jang, soysauce, green plum extract, ssam jang and salad dressing can be purchased online and delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery of Yaemejin (YMJ) orders placed online, over the phone or in person is provided by Australia Post eParcel service. Our parcels are sent out every Monday and Thursday and we aim to deliver within 5 business days. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post site with your tracking ID which is supplied once the order has cleared our internal orders procedure.

Within the Sydney metropolitan area we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15. For orders that require delivery to remote areas in NSW or interstate may require an additional shipping fee.

Returns
We do not provide refund or returns for change of mind.
If you believe your item has a specific fault we may ask that you return the product for us to carry out the appropriate evaluation. Once an outcome is determined we will be in touch to discuss exchange for the full value of your original purchase or to arrange a full refund.
Your purchases are packed in secure packaging so spills and breakages are rare. If your item is damaged during transit Australia Post will return it to us immediately.
Australia Post will notify us of damages (usually within 10-14 business days), at which time a member of our team will contact you to advise details of re-delivery of your item.
If the product is delivered in a damaged or tampered state please take a photo and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will investigate the problem and resupply the damaged product.
Please Note
Our Refund and Return Policy is offered on good faith, and we ask that it only be used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund/return if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
