호주 전지역 배송

온라인, 전화 또는 직접 방문하여 주문한 Yaemejin(YMJ) 제품 배송은 Australia Post eParcel 서비스에서 제공합니다. 배송은 매주 월요일과 목요일 일주일에 2회 출고되며, 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 배송해드릴 것을 약속드립니다. 주문이 내부 주문 절차를 통과하면 제공된 추적 ID를 사용하여 Australia Post 사이트를 통해 배송을 추적할 수 있습니다.

시드니 대도시 지역 내에서는 $15 의 기본 배송비가 부과되며, NSW외곽 지역 또는 타지역의 경우에는 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있음을 알려드립니다. (추후 개별 안내)

 

주문 과정에서 제공되는 배송 지침은 Australia Post eParcel 레이블에 포함되어 있습니다. " Authority to Leave "이 부여된 경우 Australia Post는 물품을 남기고 가기 안전하지 않다고 판단되는 경우 소포를 지역 우체국으로 가져가는 권한을 보유합니다.

​반품

고객의 단순 변심에 의한 환불 및 반품은 불가하며 이에 동의하시는 분들만 주문을 주시기를 부탁드립니다. 제품에 하자나 문제가 있다고 판단될 경우에는 반드시 당사의 고객센터(info.yaemejin@gmail.com)로 연락을 주시고 상담원의 안내에 따른 접수 후, 반품요청을 하실 수 있습니다.

 

귀하의 구매는 안전한 포장으로 포장되며 파손은 거의 없습니다. 운송 중 항목이 손상된 경우 호주 우체국에서 즉시 반품해 드립니다. Australia Post는 손해가 발생한 경우(일반적으로 영업일 기준 10-14일 이내) 저희에게 통지할 것이며, 이때 저희 팀 직원이 귀하에게 연락하여 귀하의 품목 재배송에 대한 세부 정보를 알려드릴 것입니다.

 

만약, 제품이 훼손된 상태로 배송이 된 경우에는 반드시 사진을 찍은 후 , 당일 즉시 (배송일로부터 3일 이내)  연락을 주시기 바랍니다. 

당사 내부 회의를 통하여 문제가 있다고 판단이 된 경우에 한하여 구매 금액에  전액 환불 또는 새상품으로 교환을 신속히 해드릴 것을 약속드립니다.

 

당사의 환불  및 반품 정책은 오직 고객과의 신뢰를 바탕으로 이루어지며 이와 달리,고객의 단순 변심으로 인한 당사의 교환 및 환불 정책을 남용하고 있다고 판단되는 경우에는  당사에서 환불 및 반품 요청을 거부할 권리가 있음을 또한 알려드립니다. 감사합니다.

National Shipping

​

Yaemejin (YMJ) best selling doen jang, soysauce, green plum extract, ssam jang and salad dressing can be purchased online and delivered to your doorstep.

Delivery of Yaemejin (YMJ) orders placed online, over the phone or in person is provided by Australia Post eParcel service. Our parcels are sent out every Monday and Thursday and we aim to deliver within 5 business days. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post site with your tracking ID which is supplied once the order has cleared our internal orders procedure.

 

Delivery instructions provided during the order process are included on Australia Post eParcel labels. Where “Authority to Leave” is given, Australia Post reserves the right to take the parcel to the local post office if they deem it unsafe to leave the article.

Within the Sydney metropolitan area we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15. For orders that require delivery to remote areas in NSW or interstate may require an additional shipping fee. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping online. Please contact YMJ to enquire about international shipping.

Returns

We do not provide refund or returns for change of mind.

 

If you believe your item has a specific fault we may ask that you return the product for us to carry out the appropriate evaluation. Once an outcome is determined we will be in touch to discuss exchange for the full value of your original purchase or to arrange a full refund.

 

Your purchases are packed in secure packaging so spills and breakages are rare. If your item is damaged during transit Australia Post will return it to us immediately.

 

Australia Post will notify us of damages (usually within 10-14 business days), at which time a member of our team will contact you to advise details of re-delivery of your item.

 

If the product is delivered in a damaged or tampered state please take a photo and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will investigate the problem and resupply the damaged product.

 

Please Note

Our Refund and Return Policy is offered on good faith, and we ask that it only be used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund/return if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
